How do I change my username for the Microsoft VPN?

If your username changes and you use a Microsoft VPN you won't be able to connect with it until you've cleared and re-entered your username and password. Here's how you can do this.

Enter VPN in the search bar and choose VPN settings:

Click on ‘Name of VPN’ then click ‘Advanced options’.

Then hit ‘Clear sign-in info’. The next time you connect to the VPN you’ll be prompted to enter your username and password eg firstname.lastname@mycompany.com and then you should connect.
