How do I change the default font for email in Outlook macOS?

Changing the default font in Outlook on Mac can help you enforce your company brand identity, but relies on the recipient having that font installed to render properly.

To change the font, open Preferences... from the Outlook menu and choose the Fonts setting.

Note that this will only change the font in Outlook on the Mac and it won't affect any emails sent from other email clients (like Outlook Web or iOS).

If you're using a Font that is not commonly available then this won't be seen by the recipient as they will need to have the font installed.
