If you've booked a support session with one of our team, you should have been given a 7 digit code or a meeting link.
We have a number of different ways to reach out and provide support. If you've a pre-booked support session with the team, you should have received a 7 digit support key, or a meeting link in an email.
If you have a 7 digit support key
Go to https://stellarise.com/support/ and enter your email and the key. Then click Get Support. An installation file will download. Run the file and follow the instructions to join the support session.
If you have a meeting link
Click on the meeting link and following the instructions.
