Timesheets are not visible in WorkflowMax?

If your timesheet are not synced properly to WorkflowMax you need to check your connector Audit Logs to see the issues. Your Audit Logs are located on our Connector Portal. After login, open your Jira and WorkflowMax Connector and click on the Audit Logs tab.

You can search for Jira issues, errors and any column in the Audit Logs table to find the problems. Read the Sync Result message to see the issue. Once you solved the issues reported in the Audit Logs, you can click on Retry button for each failed entry or you can use the Re-Try All option to try to send all failed entries again.
