      The Chart of Accounts, Tax Codes and Branding Themes are not synchronised

      Troubleshooting Invoice Synchronization Issue

      If there is a mis-match between Chart of Accounts or Tax Codes or Branding Themes in Dynamics 365 and Xero, then your connector probably hasn't run yet. Stellarise Connector is synchronising these Xero entities with Dynamics 365 every times it runs.

      If you connector has been setup correctly and you still cannot see these record in your Dynamics 365, please contact us to troubleshoot the issue.
