How do I know if my Invoice has synced with Xero?

After an invoice is picked up and synced it will be updated with Tax and Sync details.

Every ten minutes, invoices that meet these conditions are picked up and sent to Xero. 

Before Synchronisation the invoice may look like this:

After Synchronisation the invoice will be updated with a number of changes.

  1. Tax Amounts are synced back from Xero to the Dynamics Invoice
  2. There is a Xero Details record which has the details of the Xero Invoice that has been created.
  3. There is a Sync History record with details confirming that the invoice has been synced.
